Information you send through the contact form or the quiz is used only to reply to you and is never sold.

The chat assistant on this website
The assistant answers questions about Zaka-E. Conversations are kept for 90 days, to answer follow-ups and improve the answers, then deleted. Only the Zaka-E team reads them.
If you leave your email or phone number in the chat's form, we use it only to get back to you. Please don't share salaries, ID numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.
The assistant runs on Amazon Web Services in the European Union and uses Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. Its answers can be wrong: the team confirms prices and details.
